FLAT FIBERGLASS FLOOR
The legs arrive with floor hinges attached. The hinges are seated on fiberglass deck reinforcement plates and get connected to the deck with the same technique used universally to install seats and consoles. They get permanently sealed with 3M’s 5200. With the legs up, the crossbar is secured on top. Pull the quick-pins, and the bar collapses to the pontoons for EZ stowing.

Use the same boarding bar with the Hard Bottom V-Floor as the Hard Bottom Flat-Floor. You create a mounting platform using the West System Epoxy that allows you to create a level mounting block. We can provide Instructions for building this mounting platform.

The struts require the ordering of the "SOFT HULL/ROLL-UP - COMPLETE" system above. The heavy-duty model, combines the hard-flat floor model, with the Universal (pontoon mount) model. It is mounted on the pontoons but has a cross stabilizer attached with T-fittings, and feet to the floor arising from the cross stabilizer.
